Now, you can acquire this complete 4-gear set for your custom Bronco build. This portal system utilizes special gears and housing near the wheels to give axle more space underneath. This means the centerline of the axle, and everything connected, will be lifted to give you more ground clearance without having to touch your Bronco’s suspension. The portal’s 4-gear design connects directly to the wheels, creating an impressive 22% reduction at the hub. The reduction automatically adjusts the gearing at the hub in order to accommodate for larger tires without requiring any modifications to the vehicle’s axles. In simpler terms, you’ll be able to slap on 37-39″ tires without having to worry about additional stress on your factory front CVs. This portal is your lift, your re-gear, and your ultimate off-road companion—all bundled in a comprehensive, bolt-on system.

74Weld crafted their Portal System for the 2021-2024 Bronco using only high-grade materials and the latest design techniques to ensure unmatched strength and reliability for every application. The portal box is built from 6061 billet aluminum which is tough enough to handle high-performance applications without breaking a sweat. The inclusion of 7075 knuckles with steel inserts add an extra layer of protection to the key connection points. Larger brake rotors are also integrated into the system, enhancing the stopping power of your Bronco for more control in challenging terrains. What’s more, the 4340 heat-treated rear full float shafts add even more durability to the system under extreme conditions. Wheel Recommendation: 17” minimum wheel with factory 6 on 5.5 wheel pattern. 74Weld always recommends a deep offset wheel with 5-6” of backspacing for optimal scrub.
