Aluminum Construction with Blue Anodized Finish
Unlike the stock intake elbow, Sinister Diesel’s 6.0L Powerstroke intake elbow features a large, smooth bend that greatly reduces back pressure and restrictions on inbound air.The elbow’s tubing is made out of mandrel-bent aluminum tubing which provides a smooth and even airflow path and a constant diameter for the tubing itself.The intake elbow has a CNC machined base plate that fits perfectly onto your truck and is expertly TIG-welded to the tubular elbow.Both the tube and the base plate are topped off with a brilliant blue anodized finish that looks awesome in your truck and protects the aluminum from corrosion.
2004 F250 & F350 6.0Ls:2004 6.0L Powerstroke Super Dutys will require a custom tune with this elbow in order to disable the factory intake valve sensor.
